I have a M.A. in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School, a psychodynamic-oriented graduate school and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington I hold membership in the Center For Object Relations (COR), Northwest Alliance for Psychoanalytic Study (NWAPS), and APA Division 39 Society for Psychoanalysis and Psychoanalytic Psychology.

In my work, I consult with mentors on a weekly basis, including Julie Hendrickson, MA, LMHC, and participate in a long-term psychoanalytic bi-monthly consultation group led by Judy Eekhoff, Ph.D, FIPA. 

I undergo my own personal psychoanalysis.
